I went to Mockingbird Bridal for my dress and all of my bridesmaids dresses - ask for an appointment with Becky, she's so helpful and sweet! When paying, the sales lady checking me out was not paying attention to my questions at all and when I asked about the outrageous alteration costs she just kind of shrugged and didn't even fake concern that I was shocked about how much my alterations were (I only had the front hemmed - no bodice or frills work). I'd recommend looking around and comparing prices before you decide to have alterations done - although mine were PERFECT and you can't put a price on that. But back to Becky - she even helped me call my bridesmaids and get all the information from the ones who were slacking on getting their payment and measurement info in. Overall, great experience!
