Review content:
The salesmen are very personable, and the atmosphere is laid back, but unfortunately the cars are not up to par. I bought a 2010 car from KDK , which included the manufacturer warranty. I later found out, while having my car serviced, that the car had been in an accident, therefore my warranty was voided. I left messages for RJ and never received a phone call back.
Then today ; Dec 12, 2011 I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation, and they could not rotate the tires, they said i need new ones, because the ones on the car were too worn. There is less than 20k miles on the car, so used tires had to have put on the car. To make matters worse, they told me , my one back tire was not even the right size for the car. So I wont call KDK, because I know that wont get anywhere, I will just warn all my family and friends, and business partners not to shop there, and ask that they pass the advise on to everyone they know. Hope this helps if anyone is planning to go to KDK
