I wouldn't ever recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Aside from being disorganized, they went through four different managers in the year that I was there. My biggest complaint was that I was moved into my apartment for 3 weeks and my ceilings collapsed. The ceilings in my living room and my bathroom completely collapsed and left me at 4 in the morning with ankle deep water. I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone from the apartment, even the ""emergency"" line until almost 2 hours later and then from there it took another 45 minutes for someone to come out to my apartment. They told me that they would repair all the damage in a week while I was on vacation, four weeks later they had patched the ceilings poorly and painted over the water stains on the wall. And left me to pay for the power bill they had run up using all their fans and my air conditioner. Never once offering ANY type of assistance. I should have known then to get out of there at once.
Pros: No pros at all
Cons: Bad construction, poor management, loud neighbors and paper thin walls, no gym. The manager was never around
