Review content:
Only a few hours ago myself and a few girlfriends were in this noisy, overpacked restaurant/lounge for a birthday evening out. At 7:30 we showed up, were told it would be an 1.5-2 hours wait. The birthday girl wanted to stay so we put our name on the list and went to the 'lounge' (bar). The short story is we never got seated, the place was packed to the gills with desperate, drunken single types and the restaurant seemed understaffed. Eventually we secured a spot at the bar where the bartenders were friendly and attentive. We ordered food, which was really quite awful (and I'm not super picky). The hot food was served cold and the cold food served room temperature. Yuck. I won't be back.
Pros: Friendly bartenders, a manager who tried (he comped us a round of drinks when he realized we never did get a table).
Cons: Terrible food, way overpacked (Fire Marshall anyone?), ridiculously overpriced, understaffed, overhyped.
