Review content:
I have been going to Dr. Kay for about 10 years or so due to many dermatological issues with my body and having been quite sick since 2001. I actually have joked with him at times that I wished he was my father since he has taken care of me for such a long time. We have had some very nice conversations over the years....as he has a wonderful bedside manner- not to mention his staff are very polite and skilled!!! I finally decided to write a review on this website and each search engine out there to praise Dr. Kay and his wonderful practice. It is like having a top notch Beverly Hills surgeon working in the San Fernando Valley (Burbank) without the Beverly Hills prices. I am surprised by a couple of reviews I have read on various search engines regarding people being disappointed. I think that was maybe with old front desk help that may or may not even be around anymore- although I have never noticed anything wrong with the front desk staff. Sometimes I wonder if the negative reviews actually come from competing doctors that want to stain the reputation of a fellow doctor, which is one flaw of internet reviews. I just felt that after 10 years or so of Dr. Kay taking very good care of me I would do a good deed and show my appreciation for his services. Ever since I started buying a lot of products on Amazon and relying on the reviews of customers that had previously purchased those products, I am now into not only reading reviews for any businesses I use but also writing reviews to share my experiences.....One last point is that I actually look at the consistency of reviews for a business or product as opposed to one or two bad/bogus reviews out of many- as sometimes some people just leave a negative review for the wrong reasons.
Sincerely,
Kenny Prager
