Review content:
One weekend in March, my friend and I decided to take a roadtrip to Miami. So with $300 in each of our pockets, we set out from upstate NY. A day later we arrived in south beach planning on sleeping in our car due to the lack of funds. Our money was already waninig due to the rediculous gas prices. So when it came time to find some grub we thought we were going to be hitting the dollar menu at a local fast food joint. That is until we stumbled upon Pizza Rustica. We were outside the Crobar night club waiting for our friends to leave and decided to check out this little pizza place right next door. Behind the counter were no less than ten different kinds of pizza, the next looking even more delitious than the previous. So after much pondering I settled on the spinach and bleu cheese. The size of the slice that was served to me was almost enough for a meal on its own. Add a can of soda to that and it was just right. After waiting a few minutes for the counter person to warm it up she bagan to ring me out. With the way these slices of pizza looked, I thought i was going to be splurging. First off the slice was about 7 by 4 inches square, and topped with the freshest looking produce i had seen all weekend. They also cut each slice into six smaller slices for you, its much easier to eat and much more enjoyable this way. But back to the price...As the number wheels on the register spun up I was amazed. $4.25 was all it cost me to fill my stomach up for hours. And it was absolutly delitious! For the rest of the time we were there, which was only the next day, we ate there four more times. So if you're ever in Miami weather you have a little or alot of money with you, make sure to check out this true gem of a pizza shop.
