Review content:
I recieved a new customers 50% off coupon for this cleaners, so I took a dress there. When I dropped off the dress they told me to bring back the coupon when I picked it up. They couldn't tell me the price, so they said they would call and tell me what it would be. I never heard from them. After 3 weeks go by, I call them and they said they tried several times and the number didn't work. But the phone number on my pick-up slip was correct, and the phone had been fully functional the whole time. Hmmm. So I go to pick up the dress and they said ""OH THIS COUPON NO WORK FOR PUFFY DRESS."" I pointed out that it said no such thing. ""I TELL YOU WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF IT NO WORK."" I reminded her that this had not been the case. I told her that I drove all the way across town to take advantage of the offer and if she did not honor it, I would never bring my business there again. She refused to honor it and charged me full price.
Cons: fake coupons, no call-back
