is it affordable? yes
that is it! nothing else good to say, the windows were getting blown in by gusty winds, put a call in, a week later they show up and duct tape the window and screw the screens.
light constantly goes out in the basement, down stairs doing laundry all of the sudden your in the dark.
Kids always loud, rude and parents dont care if there 5 year old is outside screaming
cant get to my building because people are constantly parking in the little alleys including maintenance staff
My lights go out, they tell me i cant use fans and the microwave at the same time
they trap you in the lease, have to renew 2 months ahead of time, cannot move in winter, or be month to month
do not move here...pay the extra!!! not worth the headache
