is it affordable? yes that is it! nothing else good to say, the windows were getting blown in by gusty winds, put a call in, a week later they show up and duct tape the window and screw the screens. light constantly goes out in the basement, down stairs doing laundry all of the sudden your in the dark. Kids always loud, rude and parents dont care if there 5 year old is outside screaming cant get to my building because people are constantly parking in the little alleys including maintenance staff My lights go out, they tell me i cant use fans and the microwave at the same time they trap you in the lease, have to renew 2 months ahead of time, cannot move in winter, or be month to month do not move here...pay the extra!!! not worth the headache more

You MUST be one of the crappy parents that are not watching their kids! I come home to the same pack of kids sitting around by MY apartment flipping skate boards and dropping their trash. I know many of my neighbors have complained and I personally have seen many notices on the bulletin boards asking for parents to watch out for their kids and to have them pick up their trash or be fined. Its about damn time!! The sign in my building just asked for kids to stop hanging out in the halls and stop bouncing basket balls right under our windows. There is a park right across the street for goodness sakes! I hope you are buying a house cause from experience if you move to another apartment complex and think they aren't going to charge the hell out of you for everything, you got another thing coming! I personally like that the apartments are trying the raise the standards here and get the trash out! Bye more

the first 10 years was nice with the past owners if there was a problem they would fix it. 2 years ago they sold to Banner property's and the management sucks.no one knows anything. there more worried about improving the office appearance than any of the units. also heard from another tenant that there trying to withhold security deposits example not cleaning carpets not filling in nail holes and burnt out light bulb.there is more than this in there new leases.with a list of charges If you have kids consider living somewhere else they want to give fines up to $25.00 if they are caught bouncing balls, riding bike through or cutting thru the parking lot, skateboarding or outside congregating. one neighbor in particular is constanly telling kids to get out of courtyards cause there to noisy when the parents want there kids right there in calling distance. this is terrible because the kids are in there own courtyard of there apartment.We have had our own Dryer for a few years and pay for i more

If your looking for a nice place to live in while you save money to buy your own home, I think its a great place. ( That is what we are doing) I would rather have them skip on the pool and gym to charge me less rent when I have no time to use those items anyways.\r Also for the other person who commented, everywhere you go asks for a credit and criminal check. Who wants some loser who can't pay their rent or child molester living next door? more

I went to look at these apartments, which were ok and reasonably priced. But the management was much too intrusive into my personal life. Along with the application form they wanted me to fill out releases for them to check my credit history, my driving record, and to do a criminal background check. They also wanted to know the social security numbers of all members of my household. For what?! This was a little to "Big Brother" for me so I left. more
