Review content:
My mom has been a great supporter of The Barbed Rose, Burger Bar, and The Tavern since they first opened. She invites many friends and family to join her and experience what she feels is ""the best thing in Alvin"". With full confidence in this restaurant, she decided to have my sister's bday party at the Burger Bar. The food was ridiculously salty, the mushrooms were so salt loaded that my husband had to scoop them off his burger, my father never got the sweet potato fries that he ordered, and to top it off - the waitress failed to split the check like we had requested when we first sat down, so my mother had to pay for most of the guests invited. I hope they improve their food quality and train their staff to handle a large party. As of right now, they cannot handle a full restaurant.
