I lived at Burning Tree Apartments for several years and experienced none of the problems about which the former two posters were addressing. It is a clean and quiet complex, priced very reasonably for the area and impeccably run both by Shryock Realty and Michael, the manager there. He has been in apartment management for many years and his professionalism and genuine concern for the complex and it's residents shows in how well it is run. I found the management to be fair and consistent in their treatment of matters. I can only assume that the last post commenting on his ""homosexuality"" was an attempt at a prank, as I have known Michael's ex-wife for years. He has never been less than completely professional in my experience dealing with him, as well as the friends I know who have also lived at Burning Tree Apartments.
