I do not recommend renting from Don Walker. They take forever to complete maintainence requests, and will not give back your security deposit. I have talked to other tenants who said the same thing. They come up with reasons not to give it back and keep putting it off. They are rude and do not abide by the law that says they must give a list of charges against the deposit within 10 days of vacating the property. They also do shotty building work. A Chattanooga business that was built by Don Walker 5 years ago just had to tear down an entire wall because of mold inside the wall.
