I have lived in a Key Management apartment for 27 years. They have been excellent. Respectful of privacy and that this was my home. They were preemptive in upkeep. The furnace was serviced annually, heating ducts where cleaned regularly, windows were washed on the outside several times a year, yard work was always done nicely, sidewalks were shoveled by 6-7:00 am after a snow fall, rarely a slippery ice patch, common areas were always clean Repairs were completely promptly. I was proud to say I lived in the building. The office staff was always polite.
I would recommend any rental that Key Managment has very highly. I have even told them they could use me for references.
