Review content:
We had a lunch here before returning home to Minneapolis. The view is spectacular from the patio, you're sitting right on the water. Unfortunately food and service didn't quite match up. Our server missed a few key points-never offered the wine list, didn't bring the bread basket, only offered dessert to my boyfriend who opted for the buffet (where it was included), glasses were left empty before they were refilled. For lunch I choose the whitefish, great piece of fish-no flavor or seasonings. Finally, we attempted to pay with a credit card but were told the machine was temporarily down. Luckily we had cash on us. If I hadn't been distracted by the view this meal would have been a disaster.
Pros: Lake Michigan tableside
Cons: Spotty service, bland food
