While I haven't tried the dinner menu, I had a great experience with their lunch buffet during the week. We went after 1pm, so it wasn't very crowded, and we had excellent service. The server was prompt and checked on us at good intervals. The buffet had a great selection and I tried almost every item on it! I'm usually not a big fan of buffets, since they seem to sit in the pan and dry out very quickly (especially since the buffet started at 11am). Fortunately, that was not the case, and the food was excellent. The potato soup was very creamy, the mashed potatoes tasted homemade (rather than out of the box), the fish flaked nicely, and even the roast beef was tender and I was able to slice through it with my fork. The cheesecake, while it won't compare to the Cheesecake Factory, was still delicious with its raspberry topping. Oh, and did I mention the $13 price tag... The view is excellent also! Whether you're looking at the lake, or the incredible design of the Art Museum, it was definitely a great dining experience. Based on the other reviews, maybe it isn't the best place for a seafood dinner (did everyone forget that we are in the midwest :)), but I'd definitely recommend this place for an American style lunch. And did I mention free parking...
