Review content:
We've used Kozy Kennels a few times now and have been pretty happy with them. However, this last time, they nickel-and-dimed us for everything. $15/day extra for a 30-minute walk; an extra $4 each time we wanted our dog to receive medication; $20 extra for the ""daycare"" option, which allows your pup to lounge in their ""family room"" environment, complete with couches and TVs. For an indoor dog, this can make the difference between a comfortable stay or a traumatic one, so I really didn't feel like I could opt out. But these services really add up! The kennel fees cost almost as much as our vacation! I am now looking for another kennel because I feel like they are going overboard with all these extra costs. It's a shame because it has been a nice kennel. I'm very disappointed in these additional fees.
Pros: Environment, Seem to treat dogs OK
Cons: Extra fees to make life bearable for your pooch
