I love Ritual so much that I cant wait to return again! I have visited both locations! Their customer service is outstanding and their hair and spa treatments are exceptional! I have had all services done from head to toe. My color and cuts are beautiful, my manicures and pedicures are relaxing and did I mention the FREE hand treatment they give me with every manicure??? My facials and massages have been something I treat myself to at least once a month. I also get a head massage with every shampoo and they always put blush and lip gloss on my face upon departure! (then i get to go shopping right after and hang with my friends). Ritual has really kept up with good old fashioned customer service! You cant find that much any more. They always treat me like royalty! I would recommend either location to everyone. It is a MUST EXPERIENCE!
Pros: FRIENDLY, WARM, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
Cons: I WANT TO GO EVERY DAY TO FEEL PAMPERED!!!
