Review content:
I had pc work previously done by by Geek Squad. The work was similar in scope, and they did a very good job, but they cost about 25% more. They have cars and advertising to pay for.
By comparison, The Computer Hospital price was exactly what they estimated, staff were always knowledgeable, they insisted I try the computer out before leaving and the followup call was very nice.
The said if I had any problems related to the work, that I could call back for free, and they would attempt to correct it by remotely logging.
My wife had a hardware repair there as well, and was very satisfied with the work.
We both would use them again and highly recommend them.
