I've shopped in many furniture stores over the last 25 years (to me they all look the same-until now!) Never have I had a more enjoyable experience than at Bradley Michaels Furniture. Recent holiday company remarked that our home looked like a showplace. I can only thank Brad who worked with me in the showroom and could visualize the layout of my home and helped me choose color combinations that I would have never been brave enough to choose on my own. And his several meetings with me in the showroom were Free! I also found while their furniture looks really expensive....it is very affordable!! I recommend Bradley Michaels to those with really exceptional taste, regardless of their budget! Their courteous staff including Michael, Lee, and LuAnn made me feel right at home-including the hot cider and delicious cookies that put me right into the holiday mood. Thanks to Nick and my delivery guys who were helpful and courteous. We love our new surroundings, I will now be a customer for life!!
Pros: Personal service, quality, price, friendly staff
Cons: It is a quick turn off Rt 51-pay attention if you are not familiar with the area
