Review content:
I am a photographer, it is my life, and what I live to do. In 2005 I began having pain run down my arm and hand. My right hand became weak to the point I could not pick up my camera. It hurt to hold it or to push the shutter. I went to Dr. Jeffery Bash, and he did xrays, MRIs, and nerve conductive test. The results was that C5 in my neck has pushed into my spinal cord 2/3rds of the way putting alot of pressure on it. The pain was unbelievable. In 2006 Surgery was recommended and in May 06 I had the surgery. When I woke up Dr. Bash was in the recovery room. The amazing thing was I had no pain. It was the first time in over a year I had not felt pain. Dr. Bash was always patient with me, he expalined every move he was going to make. He assured me every step of the way. There is nothing more scarey than going into a surgery knowing someone was going to be working near your spinal cord. Dr. Bash gave me back my life, I am back to photography full time, and have never felt better. The pain has been gone now for 5 years now. If you want a compendent, knowledgable, compassionate doctor, then go see Dr. Jeffery Bash in Middletown, CT you will not be disappointed.
Pros: no more pain, numbness, full mobility of neck
Cons: scarest surgery I ever had to go through
