My experience was what I expected to have as a horrible outcome. Because the customer service given, my experience ended with a Perfect Ending. I went to purchase a puppy for my daughter who was turning 8 yrs old. I searched and beleived I found the perfect puppy. When I returned to purchase the puppy I knew would be perfect for my daughter, it had been sold The Managers at the Animal House showed deep concern because it had been sold. They began showing me other puppies that they figured would be a good fit for my daughter. Then we came to the group of puppies outside. There he was ""Max"". I took him home to my daughter and I have never seen more excitement in my childs eyes than at that moment. Not only is Max very cute but he appears to be a really smart puppy, which will work great with my daughter and her own intelligence.
