Really great folks to work with....they really took in consideration Adrianna's needs when it came to a puppy and helped us match her with the perfect puppy. They took their time with Adrianna and were really helpful. They also had some other REALLY cute puppies; it was like puppy heaven. They loaded us up with starter food and everything. I am so impressed with theThe Animal House, Kathy, Mike and the Groomer. I got my Laila Rose from them back in February. She was the prettiest little thing in the litter!!! I had no problem with putting down a deposit and picking her up. She came with ALL of her shots, very acclimated to the other dog that I have. She is a very healthy and mannerable girl. I just recently used the new Groomer that they have and the price was UNBELIEVABLY FASCINATINGLY LOW!!!! Well, that says hardly anything, because when I got Laila back, she was FABULOUSLY ADORABLE!! Every little hair is in place and she looks (and smells) like a completely different dog.....My daughter swears that they switched Laila with some other dog. I would go to them again in a heartbeat to get another dog, if I were to do that. Animal House is Mt. Healthy's best kept secret. more

My experience was what I expected to have as a horrible outcome. Because the customer service given, my experience ended with a Perfect Ending. I went to purchase a puppy for my daughter who was turning 8 yrs old. I searched and beleived I found the perfect puppy. When I returned to purchase the puppy I knew would be perfect for my daughter, it had been sold The Managers at the Animal House showed deep concern because it had been sold. They began showing me other puppies that they figured would be a good fit for my daughter. Then we came to the group of puppies outside. There he was ""Max"". I took him home to my daughter and I have never seen more excitement in my childs eyes than at that moment. Not only is Max very cute but he appears to be a really smart puppy, which will work great with my daughter and her own intelligence.
