Review content:
I have been going to Riverwood almost since it opened. Have had the opportunity to see two of the Physicians there (Dr. Latham and Susan Capps PA) Dr Latham is great at listening and diagnosing, could be a tad more smiley :) though but very nice. Susan has a wonderful ""bedside"" manner, very compassionate. There are many other Dr's there but can't tell you about them. I bet there is a personally there for everyone! Girls at the front desk are over worked, so sometimes not very smiley but still nice. The lady that answers the phone, Alison, a sweetheart! That goes for everyone that I have had phone contact with over the years, form the lab results to the insurance gal. More practices could use ""people persons"" like these in their offices.
Pros: Seperate waiting room for those that are not sick with anything catching. Onsite X-rays and MRI's.
Cons: As usual, wait time but not to bad, they do strive to make it as short as posable. But then, if I didn't have to wait, I would wonder if I could get all the atention I needed with Dr..hmm....
