As soon as September rolls around (thanks to a deal with the insurance) I am LEAVING this crappy practice and finding a GOOD doctor! I have seen Doctor Barry Scanlan maybe a grand total of five minutes, even though I've been to his office five times and spent countless hours waiting to actually be graced by his presence! I've never been treated with such disrespect in all my life! I've been dealing with the same medical issue for a month now, and with appropriate antibiotics it would have cleared up within 14 days; but OHHH NOOO! Dr. Scanlan doesn't want to be bothered with my problems! This makes the fourth time I've called first thing in the morning just to get the standard ""I'll have the nurse call you"" just to NEVER get a call back. I have blood test results that have been sitting in their computer for a week now that they REFUSE to give me! THEY'RE MY FREAKIN' TEST RESULTS and they are important test results! When did getting a good doctor become so difficult? My old doctor was always right on top of the matter and saw me within 24 hours of my first problems! I'm so sorry she moved out of the area because this guy can't even TOUCH her outstanding level of care!
