I've been going there for years and never had an issue. In December I took a blouse to clean. At the time of pick up, the owner approached me and let me know that they had made a mistake and would take responsibility. The owner then ordered the blouse and called me once it arrived.
I don't know about you, but I've had some bad experiences with cleaners and this is the first one to admit fault and took care of the matter without ANY hassle.
I also don't do any reviews, but I felt like this company should be supported because there aren't too many companies that are honest and make a wholehearted effort in making things right!
