I had an appointment for a window tint. I dropped my car off and was told it would be done in 3 or 4 hours. I went back 3 hours later to find my car hadn't even been brought in yet. Apparently someone brought in the wrong car ahead of mine an no one bothered to check to make sure the right vehicle was getting done. So basically I wasted my entire day and as a consolation I was offered $50 off the job. Hardly worth my time. This was my first experience at auto image and likely my last. There are plenty of other window tint shops that will gladly take my business.
