STAY AWAY. I did not use a Groupon for them, but I purchased auto start for $99 plus the bi-pass and install for another $125. Every car will need the bi-pass and install so the $99 remote starter is a total bait and switch. They do this with their Groupon too. \r

My biggest complaint is that I had a 9am appt. Dropped off the car and no one called me all day. After getting a ride to work that day I figured it would be done by the end of the day. I called them at 6pm. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. They never came back. Called again....5 minutes later ""Uhh it wont be done until 8pm, someone called out today and we are real busy and stuff"". I show up at 8pm there are people waiting for their cars in the chairs in front. They look like they have been there all day. I walk up to the counter tell them I am there to get my car. 10 minutes later the guy comes back and says ""uhh it might not be done until 10pm we have a few cars ahead of yours"" I told him I would pick it up in the morning I could not come back tonight. I show up at 9 am ""uhh, someone called out, we're busy and stuff. The car will be done in an hour."" I was in shock. had to get a ride to work, again. They called me at 12pm to tell me it was finally done. 27 hours after I dropped it off. \r
When I went to pick it up, they told me there was no packaging, no instructions, or warranty information for the remote starter. They threw it away. \r

Go anywhere else. These guys don't need the business. \r
