Businiess name:  Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

Review content:
As far as what I want when I go to a BBQ place, Famous Dave's isn't anywhre close. I've never been until last two nights ago. I went with work. I ordered a full slab of ribs. You get a big portion allright. I will say that, but they simply weren't even close to being cooked properly. You can tell that low and slow isn't in their vocabulary. The biggest test to how well ribs are cooked is does it ""fall off the bone"". Easy to tell they are cooking these things too hot and too quick. There wasn't a lot of smoke on them either. I got the standby coleslaw beans and corn. Blah, Blah, and Blah. Overall I would say there is at least 7 or 8 better BBQ places in Nashville than this one. The only real positive here is they do have some fairly good sauces, which is needed when the Q isn't done right.
