We had been looking for countertops for 8 months and was very undecided as our home was built in the late 1800's with periodic renovations. We didn't want anything too modern and the numerous choices on the market was overwhelming. Went into both of the Best Buy stores and found the staff to be very personable and knowledgeable about all types of countertops. We visited the store on Airline at Tom Dr and that is where we purchased our countertops. With the salesman's knowledge, experience and guidance we were able to narrow our search, and purchased granite that is perfect for our home and was within our price range. They worked with us on our schedule for installation, which was done within a very reasonable time frame. Their installers were very professtional, neat and made sure that we were happy with the installation.. I would definitely recommend Best Buy Carpet & Floor to anyone who wants a sales and service team that will try to help and satisfy their customers.
