You can't beat their quality. 1/25/2012

We've been using Snelson for a very long time. We have had a lot of photographers come and go, and a lot of them, I think, are the not around because they just don't have the quality that Snelson does. You can't beat the quality they have. more

Ordered 20x24 family portrait 3/19/2011

I've always been impressed with Snelson's. They are extremely fast and very easy to work with. Their products are of the best quality, and I've never been disappointed. I can easily upload a project from home, and it's usually ready 1-2 days later. more

Fast, quality photo printing 2/26/2011

I wanted a 20x24 family picture. I called around to other photo labs, and the reasons I chose Snelson were: good price and the helpfulness of their staff in getting my picture to be centered and cropped just how I wanted it. Snelson also fulfilled my order very quickly. I was surprised to get a phone call the next day telling me it was ready. They also had onsite framing available. more

Above and Beyond 2/23/2011

I visited Snelson's Photo Lab as part of my educational experience at UVU because our professor is good friends with Mike Snelson, one of the owners. It is a beautiful store, many photographs hang in the reception area to inspire me to go out and take more! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They gave honest opinions on what I can do to improve my work and I value their years of experience. I got to see the actual "lab" and was impressed with #1 the cleanliness of it; nothing is out of place. #2 The knowledge this group of printers has as to the history, output devices, current technology and good tips about improving my own customer service. I had a wonderful time talking to these professionals and I look forward to many years of sending my work there to be printed. I know I can trust them:) more

After I got into the Roes, I really liked it. Easy to use. I received the photos very fast and was pleased with how they turned out! Great prices. During the process I spoke on the phone with a couple different people and they were all nice and helpful! more

Great Experience 2/5/2011

I went in to Snelson Photo to compare prices with other local photo labs. Not only was Mike himself about the nicest person you could hope to meet, he developed my pictures for less than half the price as the photo lab I would normally use. The photos themselves came out looking beautiful. I would encourage anyone to use Snelson Photo and I will be printing all of my photos there from now on. more

family picture 2/5/2011

I brought in digital photos of our family that had bad lighting and foregound. We needed it for my wife's retirement party; Mike and the staff were very accomdating of our needs and schedule. He took two questionable photographs and made them into photos of our family we could be proud to display. I would recommend them for photo improvement, enlargement, etc. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. more

Snelson's PhotoColor Lab did a fantastic job on some Photographic Digital Prints I needed done for Christmas Gifts. Snelson's helped me with the various choices AND they gave me a great price for a high quality frame. Their Remote Order Entry System (ROES) is user friendly and very convenient. (especially at Christmas time when the traffic is bad and the roads are slick. Who wants to travel then?) I had a large print made of our family and I felt like it was cropped wrong. I didn't think it was a big deal but I just mentioned it to them when I went back in for another order. They felt like it was a big deal and reprinted the photo and helped me get the right cropping. They were extremely helpful and fast. more

Third time using Snelson for large prints and extremely satisfied. They look amazing. Matte finish and gatorfoam mounting exceeded expectations. Snelson shipped the prints to Virginia. They were packaged very carefully and arrived swiftly. more
