As far as landlords go, this has been my best experience in over 20 years. I have rented from Petria for over 8 years and have worked with Edward Disho for most of that time. Their Los Gatos office is inconvenient for me to get to, but now they have the option of paying rent online. When I have problems at the house a repairman is sent out within 24 hours, usually fixing things to a higher level than they were before. Fred and Enrique, handyman and gardener, are always extremely nice and helpful. And Ed is always very polite and understanding when he sees an issue he would like me to take care of. There is really nothing more I could ask from a landlord/property manager. I pay my rent promptly and he manages the property. I would hope that if I ever wanted to change locations that I could find another property managed by Pertria.
