My wife and I just relocated back to California for work and needed to find a rental fairly quickly. Long story short, Edward Disho of Pertria has been Great!!! From my first phone call till now (about 1 month), Edward has been very Professional, Courteous, and prompt with his responses. We discovered a couple of issues since signing the Lease and Edward has been quick to resolve them. A few days before moving in, I discovered that one of the toilets was loose and leaked a little water when rocked back and forth. I was leaving town the next morning to go pack up my home and drive back from out of state. I contacted Edward and he arranged to have someone come fix it while I was gone. After driving for 14 hours (in one day), it was really nice coming home to find it had been fixed. I wanted to write this review because most people only write reviews when they are unhappy and not when everything is running smoothly. I strongly recommend Pertria and definitely recommend working with Edward Disho!
