I would say that building this pool was actually fun. I was provided a reference list of a few hundred names and my wife and I contacted about 20 of them, all over the Austin Area. Mostly we heard great things, (one customer complained about rain delays). What I like is that they all appeared to be honest reviews and Randy did not try to just give us the ""perfect"" list. Randy and his team were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. There were no hidden costs and the pool actually came in slightly ahead of schedule. Even now, a year later, if I have questions I can count on Randy and his staff to respond quickly. If you are considering building a pool these guys deserve a look!
