I have been going to Tracey for at least 8 years. I first went to her for a perm. I was a little leery because every perm I had before had fried my hair, but my hair is really long and without a perm it was taking too long to style. I explained the problem and she said that previous perms had probably been left on too long because red hair curls really fast. That perm and all the following ones have always been perfect!
Pros: Very knowledgable about hair - never pressures to buy product
