I only went to American Laser because I supposedly won 300 dollars worth of treatment. I originally went in wanting my upper lip and underarms done. When I met with the sales person I was told they guarantee that after my six treatments and my two year touch ups I would have no hair. So I signed up after doing a few upper lip treatments I felt I was getting results so I signed up for my underarms. But after about a year I realized the hair was not really doing away maybe getting thinner but not gone, and in the meantime I got suckered in to doing legs and bikini. I complained about my upper lip and was told that really they could not guarantee that area because it was a ""Hormonal"" area. Also on one of my bikini area treatments I was burned so bad I had to see a doctor, I told them all of this and they did not care, they just made a note in my chart not to turn the laser so high. I finally had to stop going, it was so painful and not working. I had hoped to get my money back and made several requests which all seem to have been lost on coporate ears. DO NOT GO HERE, they lie the treatments do not work! I wasted 6,000 dollars on these crooks!
