I AM COMPLETELY FAR BEYOND ANGRY WITH THIS PLACE; 2 YEARS AGO, I WENT IN FOR A CONSULTATION AND I WAS RIPPED OFF.. KC BROWN, THAT'S HER NAME, SHE FALSELY ADVERTISED THESE TREATMENTS THAT GOT ME HYPED UP AND LET ME SIGN A CONTRACT MAKING ME BELIEVE THAT I WOULD ONLY BE MAKING PAYMENTS AFTER EACH TREATMENT, LITTLE DID I KNOW IT'S AN AGREEMENT TO PAY OFF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WHETHER I LIKE THE TREATMENT OR NOT.. SHE TWISTED EVERYTHING ON THERE AND CHANGED HER WHOLE STORY WHEN I WENT BACK TO DISCUSS IT WITH HER.. NOT ONLY THAT, SHE WAS A COMPLETE DIFFERENT PERSON THAT I HAD MET DURING MY FIRST CONSULTATION.. SHE WAS RUDE AND WAS JUST SAYING THAT I HAD ALREADY SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.. THEIR STOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.. CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO ASK QUESTIONS REGARDING MY ACCOUNT AND THEY WOULD ALWAYS SAY THAT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME, AND NEVER DID.. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK OVER AND OVER TO JUST GET AN ANSWER.. THEY'RE VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.. THEY DO NOT EVEN CARE IF YOUR CONDITION WOULD GET TREATED.. THESE PEOPLE DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO HAVE A BUSINESS.. IF YOU WANT A GOOD TREATMENT AND WANT YOUR MONEY WORTH, TRY ELASE SPA IN DRAPER.. I HAVE LOOKED THEM UP AND ACTUALLY BEEN GOING THERE AND I LOVE IT.. THEYRE VERY NICE, STRAIGHT UP WITH YOU AS FAR AS FINANCIAL OPTIONS AND WHAT TO EXPECT FROM TREATMENTS.. I HAVE WASTED ALMOST $4000 ON AMERICAN SKINCARE LASER AND I HAD NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING THAT'S WORTH MY MONEY.. SO PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.. IVE WARNED ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE AS A PLACE TO GET A TREATMENT FROM.. THEY'LL JUST EAT YOU UP ALIVE.. OH AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO GET BACK AT ME FOR AN EXPLANATION ON WHAT TREASTMENTS ON MY ACCOUNT.. BEEN WAITING FOR A WEEK AND A HALF NOW AND HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM.. I only went to American Laser because I supposedly won 300 dollars worth of treatment. I originally went in wanting my upper lip and underarms done. When I met with the sales person I was told they guarantee that after my six treatments and my two year touch ups I would have no hair. So I signed up after doing a few upper lip treatments I felt I was getting results so I signed up for my underarms. But after about a year I realized the hair was not really doing away maybe getting thinner but not gone, and in the meantime I got suckered in to doing legs and bikini. I complained about my upper lip and was told that really they could not guarantee that area because it was a ""Hormonal"" area. Also on one of my bikini area treatments I was burned so bad I had to see a doctor, I told them all of this and they did not care, they just made a note in my chart not to turn the laser so high. I finally had to stop going, it was so painful and not working. I had hoped to get my money back and made several requests which all seem to have been lost on coporate ears. DO NOT GO HERE, they lie the treatments do not work! I wasted 6,000 dollars on these crooks! more

I have been a client of American Laser for some time now. My experiences in the past have always been good, I enjoy the staff and love my results from the LHR. I recently had a chance to meet their new manager Ashley. She is a breath of fresh air! She made me feel so great, she actually cared about my results and not just about getting me to sign up more. Anyways, I have been waiting for their new ematrix machine and they finally have it! This treatment is the best thing ever. My skin already has improvement after just one treatment. more

I have wanted to do laser treatments for a while. I went in and received there free trial treatment and it wasn't that scary at all! Morgan the assistant manager helped me she explained the whole process. I know there is alot of places to choose from but I felt really good. I do laser treatments there and I did injections with Melonie which my lips look amazing!!! I just had to tell you guys because I saw there reviews and they deserve 5 stars for great treatments and great technicians...... I hope this answers your questions! more

BE AWARE!!! LIARS!!! NO RESULT FOR HAIR REMOVAL!!! UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Make no mistake they do not deserve even one star, but I could not publish until I put something. They render no refund for unperformed services. I lost $5,000 and have no result. No result. No refund. Can?t believe this company is still in business. My advice is to stay away from this company you?ll just lose your money with their no refund policy which they do not tell you anything about. They do not have a sign, bold print, nothing. You can?t get out of it. No customer service rendered either. My information was picked from a contest to receive credit towards a packet. I went in on Tuesday Sept 2nd, 2008 with a 4pm appointment to meet and see what package to select. After my meeting I picked two packages and opened a laser credit account. My first appointment was scheduled for the Sept. 4th so the clinic manager charged the account for that day. After going home it was not the right time for me to get treatment so I called first thing on Sept 3rd and asked that the charges be reversed and the appointment canceled. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for this to take place due to the process it had to go through being a medical facility. Needless to say after this clinic manager promises that she has done everything possible and has escalate up to every chain possible my account has still not been reimbursed. Aftern numerous escalated calls I have asked for a return call to let me know the status and not once has the office manager called me back. Based on this I would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic as if there were a real medical issue or a product needing reimbursement you will never get resolution! Cons: Office is Small, Parking is tight, No sense of urgency, escalation or customer service more

Make you purchase a package and pay in advance for all services and then refused to give me my money back for future services I couldn't use because it was too painful for me. No where on does it state no refunds. They have terrible customer service. Double book appointments so you have to wait or not get your full treatment time or come back a second time to finish.
