Review content:
We've been patients for years - and yes, they do charge for forms. Guess what? So do the other pediatricians! My neighbor goes to another local practice and their charges are the same. It's a sign of the times, and we accept it. We love the physicians and their accessibility - it's a large practice, and we do sometimes wait on the phone, but we accept this as well because the care we have received over the years has always been top notch. We have never felt like ""just a number"". The care our children have received has felt personal and sincere. The staff are happy (some have been there for as long as we've been patients there), helpful and courteous. The office is clean and well maintained. I read the other reviews and am surprised at what people still expect from physicians these days - it's 2010, they have families too and they don't stay up all night anymore to answer the phone!! We highly recommend this practice.
