It is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone, when you finally do they are about as rude as can be and do not seem to have a care in the world. This practice is way to impersonal now. They actually would not allow me to make an appointment for my daughters flu shot, you have to take the next availible time slot, because, get this, ""they do not know how long they will be there"" on the flu shot clinic day, maybe you should be there all day to accommodate your patients or maybe have more than ONE day. So now I have to call back every couple hours or atleast everyday to get a time slot that is after my daughters soccer game. What ever happen to the day when Dr.'s and nurses actually were available for the patients, wait most are available, except for here. You would think that with all the Dr.'s that they have it would be much more patient friendly and accommodating. I know another pediatrician that has a flu clininc all week, to accommodate their patients, they allow you to come when you can fit it in to YOUR schedule you know ""walk-ins"" and they only have 3 Dr's. I think that I have finally had enough, I will take my daughter somewhere that actually cares.
