My son took his Jeep to Jazz Car Wash for a complete detail, including the engine so he could sell it this week. The outside wax job was beautiful, however the interior cleaning left the cloth seats completely soaking wet for at least 2 days. One of the vents was broken, and the cover to the gear shift had been removed and is broken and unable to be replaced. When we showed the car to a prospective buyer, it was embarrassing to say the car had been completely detailed and the engine had obviously not been cleaned, although it had been paid for.
Attention to detail at this detailing shop is not their strength. I would not recommend using this company if you really care about your car.
