Jazz Car Wash & Detailing

My wife and I have been going to Jazz for a few years now. About 2 years ago Kim, my wife, took her Jetta in for a wash and vacuum. Well about a month or so after she noticed the tabs on here floor mats were broken and missing. She didn't return for about 9 months. However when she did return, she was asked if she wanted the inside vacuumed. She promptly said NO and explained why. Long story short Kieth (the owner) came out took a look, wrote some info down, and said he would call when the part came in. He called and Kim took the car in and their crew installed the new parts and washed the car for FREE! From that day on we won't go anywhere else. They always do an excellent job and at a fair price. Not to mention FREE coffee! Thank you Jazz for your exceptional work!!!! more

CONSUMER ALERT -- Ruined my Lexus beautiful interior and refused to pay for it. Avoid at all costs. Also double-charged my credit card. Will be reporting to State Attorney General's office and also Better Business Bureau. Wash your car elsewhere. The inexperienced, non-English speaking staff used harmful cleaning solvents on my interior and did tremendous damage to the wood and leather of my car interior. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.... more

I have had my truck for about 7 years and never had it detailed. Since we were taking a trip to CA., I figured why not have her cleaned inside and out. Boy, she really needed the whole enchilida. I spoke with Keith and was very impressed with him and the way that the business was operated. They did an outstanding job - The interior was spotless and the exterior made her look new!!! Came back about 10 days later for another wash and bought coupons for both myself and myhusband for future washes. Definitely will be back - Love the way that she shines!! more

Keith Taylor and JAZZ did such an AWESOME job on my car! I have been suffering from migraine headaches for nearly 7 months and do not have time or energy to go to the carwash. His interior detailing and completely ""by hand"" exterior wax, made my car look shiny & brand new. I definitely recommend this guy & this service to anyone. The best part was that I later noticed what looked to be a ""new"" crack on the ROPS cover. I contacted Keith and he personally inspected my car and was able to clean the suspect area. He then proceeded to clean and inspect the other ROPS cover. His professionalism is hard to find in business these days. Thanks Keith and JAZZ. more

My husband and I take both our cars to JAZZ about once every 2 weeks for cleaning, which is always quick, yet complete, but the reason for this review is the detail they put in detailing ! My car was detailed 2 years ago, and water still beads on it ! My husband had his car detailed this weekend, and not only is the car beautiful, but the mats were scrubbed until they look like new, the steering wheel was scrubbed and shined until it looks like it was replaced, every inch - inside and out - is like new !! They really take the time to show pride in their work, and I would not consider going anywhere else!! more

I have been a customer of Jazz since its opening. They have a goal of ""the perfect car wash"" and are dedicated to its accomplishment. Accordingly, the quality and expediency of the car wash have continually improved. Other than car washes, the other detailing services available are not only done with attention to achieving perfection but are also quite competitively priced. more

Jazz Car Wash is fantastic...it's simple. From the owners down, the entire staff is professional, meticulous, and helpful. I've brought my two cars there for the past couple years, and every time I leave, I'm amazed at the job they've done. My cars are spotless, shiny, and look like new - which is tough to do! Their selection of washes is great and very reasonably priced, and I always feel like I'm getting every bit of my money's worth. And although I go to Jazz for the amazing details, I have to admit that it's easy to kill time there. The waiting area is really comfortable and the convenience area is great - I've done a good bit of gift-buying while waiting for my cars to be finished! Can't recommend Jazz enough - you'll be glad you went! more

A friend suggested I get my car detailed at this place. I ended up getting a full outside inside detail done on my tired old Camry. After the detail she looks almost as good as when I originally bought it. The sales guy helped me with my decision on what detail service my car needed and then took the time to walk around the car with me once it was all done. It took a little longer than I originally planned but it was well worth it as there is lots of great places close by to them. I will be back these guys fantabulous and get 7 stars from me. more

On 2/10/2011 I brought my vehicle into Jazz Carwash in Denver after finding the car wash on yelp. They did a great deal of damage to my vehicle. Although they claim all of it was pre-existing, I have not seen one photo to the contrary. (They say they have these in their possession; however, they for reasons unknown to me won't send them over.) In fact, I drive this vehicle every day and would notice two giant gashes in my passenger side door's paint. more

I had a full detail done on my SUV recently and I am so happy with the work! The inside looks new again. The wax job completed on the outside was wonderful. I love my car again. The owners are wonderful too!! We highly recommend them. more

My son took his Jeep to Jazz Car Wash for a complete detail, including the engine so he could sell it this week. The outside wax job was beautiful, however the interior cleaning left the cloth seats completely soaking wet for at least 2 days. One of the vents was broken, and the cover to the gear shift had been removed and is broken and unable to be replaced. When we showed the car to a prospective buyer, it was embarrassing to say the car had been completely detailed and the engine had obviously not been cleaned, although it had been paid for. Attention to detail at this detailing shop is not their strength. I would not recommend using this company if you really care about your car. more

Took my muddy truck there after camping and it looks like it has never been driven now. They ran it through there wash once and the owner wasn't happy so they ran it again to get it cleaner. The wheels were covered in break dust and i watched them cleaning the wheels with a tooth brush. Never seen the truck look so good. Definitely going back again. Went to Jazz yesterday, they did a fantastic job. Met the owner - nice guy, very engaged in ensuring his customer's are pleased with service. Got the $18 full service wash-great value and attention to detail, they even blew out my side view mirrors so I did not have those annoying water streaks running down the side of the car after you leave. Will definitely be back. Pros: Easy to find, great service, in and out in 15 min more
