Stopped in today to schedule appt. said to woman sitting at the front desk(glasses/greasy looking hair) I need to make a appt. for next Thurs. she looks at me and says for what? Hello - thought I was at the eye doctor! I said for my eye appt. She asks me what ins. I have and I couldn't remember right off the bat. She started to huff reminded me of a wild animal. My husband said to just ignore her she seems like something is wrong w/her. I don't care that's noway to treat someone who pays a portion of your salary by coming there. Needless to say I will be canceling that appt.
