I had a great experience today! I arrived early for my appointment, only to find I needed to have someone drive me home. My husband was still asleep and I couldn't wake him by phone. They allowed me to drive home and wake my husband, and still performed the procedure so I wouldn't have to reschedule. Most doctors offices get a bad wrap about keeping patients waiting, but I kept them waiting today. Not once did I hear a complaint about arriving late for my appointment . The nursing staff and assistants were incredibly kind. Dr Rutta was very informative and took the time to answer my questions.and as promised had my results before I left. I can't say enough good things about how well I was treated. I will definitely recommend this office to my friends.
