Review content:
Wow, was I in shock when reading the comment about Gracious Living, obviously this person has a chip on there shoulder for not being chosen to work there. My Mother has been in Gracious Living for almost 2 years now and I visit her quite often. Every staff member there always looks professional and well groomed, they have a ""Chef"" (male by the way) who you never see touching ANY food without gloves and always wears a crisp white shirt and chefs hat. Sometimes I bring in some soda for my Mother that needs refrigerated. EVERYTHING in the residents kitchenette frig. is labeled to it content and date made. I myself have NEVER seen anything in that refrigerator more than 2 days old. I also noticed that the commmentor said she worked for the ""county"", if that's true why would she be looking for a job as a cook? One thing I do know, before it became a personal care home. It was owned by 2 brothers and they where the only ones that ever bartended, so the comment about the woman being a bartender there before it became a Personal Care Home was a total untruth. Which ever way you look at it the writer was obviously turned down for the position and had to counter attack. As I said, my Mom has been there for about 2 years now and she is quite happy there, the rooms are spotless, her clothes are clean, she is well fed and her health in actually improving, so in my opinion any one who wants their loved ones to really be taken care of ""Gracious Living"" is an EXCELLENT personal care home.
