My brother and I crashed on the Springwater Corridor during Bridge Pedal. Not only was my bent wheel replaced with an extra from the shop, but my brother's totaled bike was traded with a functional one so he could finish the ride. In our extended dealings with the shop we encountered nothing but a genuine concern for our well-being. They had no responsibility to supply us with these extras, but also had no reservations in doing so. Sincere guys at a nice local bike shop. They should be commended.
