Gresham Toyota off burnside has excellent service. We walked in knowing what we wanted and knowing we needed it quick. Jim Lane helped us right away hassle free without any unwanted sales man tatics. It was a hassle free experience and so far has been the best experience that we have had at a new car dealership. He got us a great deal and helped us with all of our questions on the vehical. we love our new 2011 tundra and cant wait to go back to show it off when we are done building it. We got such a good deal on our car and had such a hassle free experience we are very pleased with their customer service and expecially with salesman Jim Lane.
