Gresham Toyota of Oregon made my car buying experience the easiest I have every experienced. Bruce Douglas was great! I initially contact him by email regarding a 2004 Volvo XC90 series on their lot. He was quick to respond, provided me with all the information on the vehicle prior to my arrival, and was friendly when I stopped by the dealership. I did not get the usual high pressure sales that I have experienced at other car dealerships where the salesperson constantly contacts me after I leave the lot. Bruce was very low pressure and made sure I had all the information I needed on the car to make a decision. The entire staff was superb! I would recommend Gresham Toyota to anyone looking for a quality new or used car - they sell their cars with kindness not high pressure sales. Thank you for the great car buying experience. Thanks Bruce, Gregg, and the rest of the staff!
