Terrible! Purchased a Groupon and got the ole' bait and switch too from the owner Cliff. I asked for AM appointments and haven't been able to get one yet. I'm 3 cleanings into a package of 6 and it's a complete waste of money. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone, the don't accommodate any broad requests (like AM or PM), they don't call you back, the cleaning itself is sloppy at best and they're never on time. Last time they were 2 hours late and acted like it was no big deal! Every time I try and schedule a cleaning it takes me days to even get on the books and is nothing but a headache. You'd think they'd be interested in converting Groupon customers to regular customers, but instead they treat you like you're a pain in the butt. Run, don't walk away from Maid Brigade.
