This has to be the worst restaurant I've been to in years. There was nobody there, except a man (presumably an employee) sitting at a table right in front doing some sort of paperwork. The silverware at the table was greasy. They were out of several things on the menu. And, the food was bad--the salad was brown and wilty, so bad that I would have thrown it out if it was in my frig--and the other dish (Romanian beef, I believe) was edible, but not something I would have bought again if it had been a $2.50 frozen meal. When the waitress and one of the kitchen staff came out and delivered our plates, they high-fived each other as they walked back toward the kitchen, leading us to believe we were one of their first customers. Cons: bad food, bad atmosphere, dirty, unpleasant music
