My husband and I brought our dog for the first time so we could enjoyf a weekend of fun at the beach. We had read the reviews, and heard it was a great place to board our pup. When we arrived, we saw it was very small, and the dogs were all lined up in cages. When we walked in to see where our dog would be sleeping, we saw all the dogs in small cages, all barking like when you walk into the SPCA. When my husband returned to pick up our pup, he was found in a cage which had been broken by a previous dog, and his bed, which is his security blanket, not even in the cage with him. The only positive thing about the whole upsetting experience was that Scott saw that we were apprehensive about having him stay, and offered to waive the cancellation fee. NEVER would I leave my dog there again.
