Review content:
Startex customer service is poor, their rates vary from what they initially explain and are known to ""fish"" their consumers. Their budget billing isn't budget at all, they will tell you they will just increase your bill each month but at the end of the year have a large difference to pay up and then 15 days. It's just not a good company, with so many options now go with someone else, someone you can trust.
